Lake National Park, has a requirement for a 18 to 19 foot aluminum hull
vessel rated for a single 150 horsepower outboard engine. The vessel
shall be a deep ``V'' planning type with a foam flotation collar on all
sides but the stern and will be similar to a rigid hull inflatable type
vessel except the collar shall be made of closed-cell polyethylene foam
with a polyurethane plastic coating. The vessel shall have a
self-bailing all welded aluminum deck with a stand-up center console
covered by a T-top. Standard Industrial Code is 3732 Boat Building &
Repairing, the size standard is 500 employees. The proposed
solicitation is ``Small Business Set-Aside'' in accordance with FAR
