Synopsis Number A-15 - Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, carpet, supervision, equipment and transportation necessary to remove existing carpet, prepare floors and install approximately 1411 square yards of carpet at the Officer's Club, Building 2945, Barksdale AFB LA. This is a nonappropriated funds purchase and does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. A small business is defined as a concern, including its affiliates whose average sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years does not exceed $3.5 million (SIC Code 1752).
