Replacement of some lighting fixtures and minor mechanical renovations. Project includes lead paint removal and asbestos abatement as indicated on drawings. Project includes asbestos encapsulating of existing piping in Building #337, and new lighting and new door in Building #338 and incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $100,000 - $250,000.
