SKIPPER, (912) 767-1868 (Site Code DAKF10) The Army requires a contract for Miscellaneous Ventilation Repairs & Clean- up of Mildew, Building 620, 621, 622, and 623, Ft. Stewart, GA. The work shall includes: (1) Replacement of four air handling units, coils, dampers, and accessories. (2) Clean-up of mold and mildew from walls and mildew from walls and other contaminated surfaces. (3) Replacement of mold and mildew contaminated ceiling tiles and insulation. (4) Air distribution system cleaning. (5) Installation of overhangs above areaways and outside air intake louvers. (6) Replacement of non-operational fan-coil units and controls. (7) Adjustment and repair of roof exhaust fans. (8) Elimination of water leakage from piping and dispatching of wall openings. (9) Inspection of sump pumps and cleaning of drains and drain lines. (10) Installation of reheat coils and associated circulation pumps, convertors, piping, valves, and accessories. (11) Installation of ductwork and insulation. (12) Installation of electrical wiring and controls. (13) Testing, adjusting, and balancing work. (14) Demolition and disposal work. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. SIC for this project is 1711. Performance shall be completed within 120 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
