The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Replacement of garage doors at 92 living units in Officer Capehart and 158 units in NCO capehart. The doors shall be sectional steel type with raised panels design and torsion spring counterbalance system. Remove existing siding and install insulation and vinyl siding, vinyl trim and brick work to achieve a more contemporary appearance. The estimated value of the work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 dollars. Government furnished materials are not included. Performance period is 400 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this project is 1521.
