SECOND PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE RENOVATION OF BUILDING 37, NCI, NIH, BETHESDA, MD. The National Institutes of Health will be seeking a private party who will act as a Development Manager to provide services including, but not limited to, coordinating the design and construction for the modernization/renovation of most of Building 37. This building contains approximately 262,000 square feet of laboratory and associated support spaces for the National Cancer Institute. A draft of the Request for Proposals will be available for distribution on Tuesday, June 4, 1996 from Olga D'Onofrio, Contracting Officer, at the National Institutes of Health, Building 13, Room G-800, 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Maryland 20892. An informal meeting to discuss the written comments on the draft is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 10, 1996 on the NIH, Bethesda campus, in Conference Room 117 of Building 30.
