A -- ENGINEERING SERVICES AND SUPPORT FOR SH-60B SMFD FLIGHT TESTING POC Contact, Rodney A. Moye, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Lockheed Federal Systems of Owego, New York for engineering and services support, as well as staffing, necessary for SH-60B Smart Mult-function Display (SMFD) testing and assistance with the establishment/initiation of an IFR clearance baseline. The services and support are necessary to facilitate transition into the subsequent acquisition phases of the Multi-Mission Helicopter Upgrade (MMHU) Program (SH-60R). Lockheed Federal Systems is the system prime contractor and the sole avionics integrator of the MMHU (SH-60R) prototype aircraft, therefore Lockheed is the only company possessing the requisite technical knowledge to assist with the SH-60B testing initiatives.
