Contractor will be responsible for design and construction of a total commissary facility to include all equipment, both building and operational, all structures, utilities, roads, walks and associated on-site improvements, including landscaping. Total square footage of new facility is not to exceed 40,000 square ft (3,716 square meters) (plus or minus 10%). Period of performance will be included in the proposal.
