New construction includes site utilities, access pavements, parking areas, landscaping, masonry brick and precast stone exterior and interior work, interior and exterior lighting, standard plumbing and fixtures, steel and masonry structural work, slab foundation, glass storefront entrances, installation of a fully adhered EPDM single-ply roofing membrane, skylight material, carpet - porcelain - vinyl composition flooring, high efficiency boilers, chilled water system, system furniture, installation of government furnished communication equipment and medical equipment. All utilities are available on site. Remodel construction includes acoustical ceiling grid systems, new ceiling lighting, new electrical power circuits. Removal of drywall and block walls, installation of new drywall and interior finishes. Estimated cost of this project is between $1 and $5 million.
