Pomraning, Contracting Officer, 410-605-7156 The VAMHCS seeks qualified professional services to assist Human Resources in the review of approximately 1000 personnel records for the following: (1) Review and verify entitlement of preference eligibility; (2) Review and verify service computation dates; and (3) Review performance ratings to determine credit for performance. Service is to be accomplished at each of the division locations of the VAMHCS - Baltimore, Perry Point and Ft. Howard. Due to the emergent nature of this requirements, all work must be completed no later than August 31, 1996. Contractor must have previous experience in Government Human Resources and knowledge of their policies and procedures. Solicitation will be available on or about June 11, 1996.
