AND CLEAN-UP. The Panama Canal Commission, a corporation of the United
States Government, located in the Republic of Panama, wishes to
establish Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with commercial firms
capable of providing emergency on-call services and equipment to
contain, clean-up, dispose of, and/or mitigate the harmful effects of
spilled petroleum products. To this effect, the Panama Canal Commission
is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of
interested commercial firms, their customary practices in reacting to
environmental emergencies, assessing the situatio9, their application
of experience to determine solutions, their personnel, facilities and
equipment resources, their commercial terms, conditions and cost
estimates applicable to their commercial services. Please provide
