R -- OBTAIN BASIC INSPECTION SERVICES OF MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS SOL H08R96005200000 DUE 071096 POC Mr. Tom Webster, Contract Specialist, (303) 672-5281. This request for proposals is for basic physical inspection services to provide a clear description of the condition of approximately 20,000 multifamily projects located throughout the U.S. The inspections are intended to provide a physical survey of the projects' conditions and will not include estimated repair costs. Common areas and a limited percentage of units both vacant and occupied will be inspected. Reporting format will be standardized and allow creation of a national database. Multiple awards combining specific geographical areas are anticipated. Contract period is planned to be one year with four one-year options.
