has a requirement for converting, by reprogramming, the current S-200
computer based training program for Initial Attack Incident Commander
Course, and the video segments and graphics to a CD-ROM format. Eight
exercises were developed to allow for geographical and fuel type
differences throughout the country . Each exercise is broken down into
the 6 phases and 27 tasks of initial attack, with each phase covering
approximately 5 tasks. A videodisk/tape is associated with each of
these exercises enacting an initial attack situation. The solicitation
documents should be available on or about 6/25/96. This is a small
