Architect-Engineering Services pursuant to the authority described at
41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1
(a) (2) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services

funding and the award of a construction contract. In order to provide
for continuity from design through construction and to minimize
construction contractor claims, the National Park Service customarily

construction contractor performs in accordance with the plans and
specifications prepared by the Architect- Engineer. Responses must be
received within 30 calendar days from this publication to be considered
for award. See Note 22. This is not a request for Proposals. (0144) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0018 19960524\C-0004.SOL)
