Provide various cleaning compounds which shall be liquid, water soluble, water rinsable concentrates composed of alkaline materials, water conditioners, biodegradable low foaming surfactants and other ingredients to produce a homogeneous, stable product. Any interested contractor may submit a proposal to Letterkenny Army Depot, which will be evaluated. The delivery for the cleaning compounds for each delivery order shall be within 60 calendar days. The request must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or money order in the amount of $25.00, made payable to the U.S. Department of Treasury.
