BRASWELL (404) 752-4111 (Site Code DAKF11) Contractor shall furnish all material, equipment and labor necessary for the repair/replacement of the sanitary sewer system at Ft Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Work consists of, but is not limited to, the repairs of sanitary lines by the cured in place pipe liner. Installation, however, in some specific areas, pipe sections shall be replaced with all new PVC pipe and manholes in accordance with the specifications. Some manholes shall be repaired by patching, replacing stairs and painted with anticorrosive paint. To perform work on the manholes and pipe replacement work it shall be necessary to excavate, backfill and restore to the existing conditions the areas disturbed such as asphalt pavements, concrete pads, sidewalks and ground affected during the repair/replacement work. The contractor shall provide all materials and equipment for this project including the cleaning of the sewer lines and manholes, pipe liners and resin and all its curing process; PVC lines, manholes, manhole stairs, anticorrosive paint, backfill material, bedding material, asphalt, concrete, topsoil and sod. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 and funds are not currently available to award this project.
