Site visits, if desired and only if necessary, will be coordinated with Mr. John Holt, Environmental Specialist, at Western Area Power Administration, (602) 352-2592. Removal shall be conducted in accordance with PCB regulations 40 CFR, Parts 761.60 and also should comply with any other Federal, State, local regulations. Contractor shall provide certificate of disposal to Western Area Power Administration. RFQ will be issued o/a 6/14/96, with due date 15 days after issuance. All requests must be submitted in writing.
