The Ohio Field Office of the Department of Energy will be issuing a Request for Proposals for the permanent disposal of low level radioactive contaminated waste from various former DOE production sites. Requirements of the RFP include receipt, handling, and disposal of said wastes, excluding transportation costs. Solicitation documents will be available either hard copy of via electronic media (3 1/2'' diskette) with hard copy being provided unless specified otherwise. Please provide three self addressed mailing labels (with electronic mailers if requesting diskette) with your request for solicitation. Respondents wishing to receive the RFP via Federal Express or other priority mail must provide a completed shipper, including account number.
