The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) has a requirement for a nuclear planning system targeting data feed to provide near real time intelligence information for operational war planning. This project will develop a software interface that will automatically identify candidate targets from LOCE centers and supply them to the NATO Nuclear Planning System (NNPS) at SHAPE Headquarters. This effort will develop an operational prototype which will increase the speed of identifying and weaponeering targets allowing planners to quickly react to new targets and prepare a strike plan. Contractor facility and personnel will require a DoD security clearance of TOP SECRET. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. All requests for the RFP must be in writing. Faxed requests are acceptable and shall be faxed to the attention of Gerald W. Huthoefer at (703) 325-9291.
