Ponce, Contracting Officer, (505) 784-2888. This solicitation is for Maintain Airfield (Rubber Removal), Project No. 94-0003 at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Project includes the removal of all rubber and retexture the touchdown areas of the main runway at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The dimensions of the two (2) touchdown areas are 80 feet by 1000 feet. The rubber removal method shall be the Skidbrader method. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000.00. Performance time is 21 calendar days. This solicitation is issued unrestricted. Firms should indicate whether they are women owned, small, or large business concerns. Also firms should state if they are interested as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor. IFB will be issued on or about 24 May 96. Site Visit is scheduled for 5 Jun 96. Bid Opening is set for 24 Jun 96. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
