The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for renovations to dental clinic spaces. Work involves wall reconfiguration, surface (floor, wall and ceiling) replacement, dental equipment removal and installation, HVAC and plumbing systems and modifications (include boiler replacement for entire building), electrical and fire protection systems improvements, and incidental related work. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related Small Business Size Standards is $17.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
