Project will be to construct a new beach recreation facility consisting of a restaurant, kitchen, retail shop, bathhouses, open pavilion, and open wood decking. The facility shall be constructed on wood pilings for its foundation. Building materials shall consist of standing seam metal roofing, wood siding, wood decking, doors, windows, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Estimated dollar range is between $1 Million and $5 Million. Performance Period is 300 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
