The Federal Prison Camp, Duluth, Minnesota is solicitation for the services of medical care to federal prisoners. The Government prefers to award a single contract to the Contractor that can provide both inpatient and outpatient care at the contractor's facility, have the ability to provide board certified physicians and provide various disciplines to perform needed medical services at the institution. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four-one (1) year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. Only medical facilities within a twenty (20) mile radius from the institution will be utilized for in-patient/outpatient services. The estimated quantities for each 12 month period of the contract are as follows: Inpatient days - 50; Outpatient days - 200; Institution Sessions - quantity will vary depending upon the service/speciality.
