The Department of State, Diplomatic Telecommunications Service - Program Office (DTS-PO) intends to issue an RFP for technical support services. The proposal will be formatted to require that the prospective contractor provide firm fixed prices for specific tasks on a task order basis. There are 71 distinct tasks that will be required and will be made available upon phone requests. All contractor personnel shall meet U.S. Government DISCO Secret clearance criteria unless explicitly stated on individual task orders. Some individual services will require a DISCO Top Secret clearance. These clearances must be held on the day of contract award.
