Aircraft, Commodities and Missile Procurements will be affected. The ''phase in'' process will be by NSN. During this period data may be available on CD-ROM, Floppy Disk, or aperature cards. CD-ROM is the medium of preference. After SEP 1996 data available by CD-ROM will gradually increase.
