Point, NANCY HOLDAWAY, (716)862-3444 The VA intends to negotiate with
Picker International, Mayfield Village, Ohio for full service
maintenance/repair of Government Owned PQ2000 CT Scanner, including
additonal equipment options -- Hyperian data link, Optical disk, ZAP-16
spiral mode, Voxel Q 3D workstations with one input, and a Kodak 2180
laser camera. The Contractor shall be required to provide all parts and
labor, Mon-Fri, no after hours overtime for tube replacement, with a
98% uptime. Contractor shall also support the Telapath Resource Hub
remote CT system access and remote diagnostic capabilities. The
Contract will be for one year with three renewal option years.
Interested parties have 15 days from the publication date to submit
their qualifications/capabilities (i.e. technical specs, brochures,
price lists, and references) in the maintenance of the critical
equipment listed above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used
solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this
procurement on a full and open competitive basis. Responses received
without the required information may be considered non-responsive to
