The Naval Reserve Readiness Command Region Thirteen intends to award a Firm, Fixed Price contract for catering services. Contract begins June 1, 1996 concluding September 30, 1996 for the base year, with three option years to begin October 1, 1996 concluding September 30, 1999. The service will be provided to Naval Reserve Center in Forest Park, Illinois. The contract requires hot meals, served buffet style, and boxed lunches for approximately 171 authorized Naval Reservist two weekends (Saturday and Sunday) per month. The contractor will need to provide servers, condiments, plastic eating utensils, disposable plates, cups and napkins and all necessary serving equipment.
