The Program Support Center, Department of Health and Human Services, anticipates negotiating on a sole source basis with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Washington, D.C., a contract to provide to Indian Health Service Physicians and Nurses a three and one-half day postgraduate course in obstetric, neonatal and gynecologic care. The contract period will be for two years. Offerors able to provide the required service are invited to identify their interest and ability to meet the requirements by submitting their qualifications/capabilities and any other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement. If no affirmative responses are received within the time to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available, a contract will be awarded to the above named source. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
