Zangwill, (301)443-5672 The Health Resources and Services Administration proposes to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Association of Physician Assistant Programs, 950 North Washington Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314 to enhance the overall quality of the clinical practice of physician assistants (PA) through faculty development workshops, the fostering of ethnic diversity in physician assistant training programs and workforce development and, the development of a strategic plan that shall guide the profession into the future. The Association of Physician Assistant Programs is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)1.
