Provide all labor, materiel, equipment, and supervision for the design of Project No. WR96017, Design Landscape Master Plan, at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Road, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129, including preliminary evaluation plan options, and proposal, to be followed by design development, working drawings, estimates and contract specifications. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: 1) Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required, 2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitations, 3) Past record of performance on contracts with Government agencies, 4) Familiar with the area in which the project is located, 5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office, 6) Area of consideration for this project is within the State of Tennessee. Firms desiring consideration for this project should submit SF 254 and SF 255 on or before June 17, 1996. Construction cost range for this project is $100,00 to $250,000.
