13 -- MANUFACTURE, INSPECTION, TESTING AND DELIVERY OF M31 CARTRIDGE MORTAR FINS FOR THE 120MM BATALION MORTAR SYSTEM SOL DAAE30-96-R-0022 DUE 061096 POC Contract Specialist: Michael Lamie (201)724-4282, Contracting Officer: Carol Klapal (201)724-3274. The U.S. ARMY ARDEC intends to procure 65,062 M31 Cartridge Mortar Fins for the 120mm Battalion Mortar System. This requirement will include four options. the option quantities are estimated at 215,000 units maximum for 1997, 215,000 units maximum for 1998, 220,000 units maximum for 1999 and 215,000 units maximum for 2000. The Government will be responsible for conducting ballistic testing. The contractor will be required to sign a nondisclosure agreement before it can be provided with a copy of this solicitation. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment can be made. This procurement is restricted to companies manufacturing in the United States. (0129)
