Successful offeror must have NAVSEA certification in order to provide products specified. Delivery shall be required 5 working days after issuance of any delivery order. The contract period of performance is date of award through 12 consecutive months. Place of delivery is Norfolk, VA. Offerors are encouraged to review the draft solicitation which will be available for review and downloading approximately 23 May 1996 from the Hampton Road Detachment's 24 hour operation automated electronic bulletin board system (BBS) at (804) 445-9130 or 445-1299 using N.8.1 at 9600 baud.
