Two (2) Tim and Materials contracts are contemplated for emergency response services for removal of hazardous substances to be conducted under Section 311 of the Clean Water Act, as amended, including the Oil Pollution Control Act of 1990, Section 104, of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (``Superfund''), as amended and Subtitle I of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended. RFP number W6-83054-F3, RFP Issue Date on or about July 7, 1996. The proposed contracts will each include a minimum of $250,000 of cleanup work and a maximum to be negotiated. The period of performance will be one year with two-one year options. The contractors will provide needed cleanup equipment, personnel, materials and other resources to accomplish containment, and disposal of hazardous substances release in EPA, Region II (Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and District of Columbia). This procurement will result in two contract awards. The response time required will be 2-4 hours. Offerors should submit one proposal for the solicitation and will be eligible for only one award.
