16 -- FEASIBILITY TRADEOFF STUDY IN SUPPORT OF THE MCS POC Contact, Sherry Bonaiuto, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a fixed price order under BOA number N00019-96-G-0115. This order will include engineering studies and analysis pertaining to the utilization of the E6 Mission Computer System (MCS). The study will include feasibility tradeoffs for potential future upgrades to the E6 that would require MCS implementation changes. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to Loral Federal Systems (Loral) Manassas, Virginia.
