The work includes the construction of a two story office and classroom building with an attached assembly hall. The building is to be constructed on a reinforced concrete slab on grade supported on drilled piers. Framework will be structural steel. Roofing to be modified bitument sheet and architectural standing seam. Exterior will be modular brick and concrete masonry units. Interior wall systems gypsum board on metal studs. Ceilings will be gypsum board or suspended acoustical panels. The building will include a hydraulic passenger elevator, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, lighting and electrical systems. Site work, utilities and landscaping will be included in the work. Include incidental related work.. THIS SOLICITATION IS ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED.
