Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to replace a Dunham-Bush Inc., chiller ACX evaporator CHFL18139H0144C0300 with identical evaporator regarding size and all mounting and piping configurations. Old evaporator is to be left on site in a designated storage area. Re-install piping; leak test all new piping. Evacuate refrigerant circuit which may be contaminated with water from a winter freeze up. (Evacuation section will be bid on an estimated quantity basis). Verify refrigerant side is dry; change drier cores; charge refrigerant circuit with up to 800-lb of new R-22. Start unit and log operation. Provide an inter-lock between the building automation system and the operation of the Dunham-Bush chiller. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond of 50% will be required on award. Performance will be 90 days. Requests should be received before issue date of 21 May 1996. Closing date will be COB 14 June 1996.
