BORNMAN Contracting Officer (Site Code DABT19) Work includes but is not limited to: Construct a new concrete truck dock including two levelers, steps, bumpers, railing, lighting, and concrete ramp. The access road will be gravel with guard rails and drainage pipes. Relocate the existing fuel storage area. Replace 571 LF of existing retaining wall and 500 LF slab on grade. Replace road west of Bldg 63 and exit link road, east of Bldg 341. There are 3 additives they include: Construct a concrete loading pad; OR construct an asphalt loading pad; and Replace 100 LF of existing retaining wall south of Bldg 63. Warehouse 341 will be occupied. This will be a firm fixed-price lump sum type contract. Completion period is 340 days from the Notice to Proceed for the Base Bid; The loading pad additive will be completed concurrently with the Base Bid; 25 additional days will be given for the last additive. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7.0 million.
