Unrestricted procurement to provide printing, editoral assistance, layout, preparation, photo, color, delivery services and similar activities necessary to print approximately 14,000 Fort Monmouth newspapers weekly. In accordance with Department of Defense Instruction 5120.4 dated 21 Apr 95, no funds will be paid for these services. All costs and profits shall be realized by the printer through the sale of advertising. Period of performance is 1 Aug 96 thru 31 Jul 97, with five (5) option years.
