Todd, Jr. Blvd. Nashville, Tenn. 37208 to organize, plan, maintain and evaluate a faculty development program to prepare a cohort of 10 non-obligated National Health Service Corps (NHSC) assignees for service as primary care (Family medicine, general internal medicine, or general pediatrics) junior faculty. Meharry Medical College is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. (c) (1). Only one source is available. A justification for other that full and open competition is on file.
