Contract times are approximately 20 calendar days for Item 1, approximately 35 calendar days for Item 2, and approximately 30 calendar days for Item 3; estimated start work dates range from 072296 to 072996. A contractor receiving award of more than one Item shall be required to perform work on awarded Items simultaneously. Bid guarantee in the amount of 20 percent of the total bid price and performance security in the amount of 20 percent of the total contractprice may be required.
