The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition on an unrestricted basis the services of primary care physicians for the Naval Medical Center, San Diego at the Branch Medical Clinics Naval Training Center (NTC) and the Naval Station (NAVSTA) at 32nd Street. Physician services are required in the Primary Care, Acute Care, and Physical Examination Areas of the NAVSTA and NTC Branch Medical Clinics compatible with each clinic's operating capacity and equipment. Approximately five physicians are required at NTC from 0700-1530 hours Monday through Friday (M-F), one physician from 1530-1930 M-F, one physician 0800-1630 Sat & Sun, and one physician 0800-1630 Holidays. Approximately five physicians are required at NAVSTA from 0730-1600 M-F, one physician from 1600-2000 M-F, one physician 0800-1630 Sat and Sun, and one physician from 0800-1630 on Holidays. The services are required beginning 1 October 96 or date of award whichever is later through 30 September 1997 with four options of one year. A firm fixed price service contract is contemplated.
