Work consists of, but is not limited to, demolish and remove buildings 109, 232, and 233. Building 109 is a two story concrete building with approximately 4,646 SF of floor space and was constructed in 1956. Building 232 and 233 are three story buildings with approximately 25,000 SF of floor space and were constructed in 1954. Buildings 232 and 233 will require the removal of some asebestos floor tile and pipe insulation. All three buildings interior partitions are composed of concrete block walls and gypsum board.
