PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Concerns. It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to obtain by leasing for one year with three additional option years of leasing at the end of the first year or any time thereafter, seventeen 12' x 60' modular building units complete and ready for use. The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, permits and transportation required for the assembly of one story modular buildings. The buildings shall be rectangular in plan, approximately 12,230 square feet of sprinkled space, consisting of offices, meeting/conference areas and clinical spaces. Project will include: providing design and engineering services; construction of building in accordance with the submitted and customer approved plans and specifications; delivery of building to customers designated site in Pensacola, Florida; block and level building on concrete piers; trim out of mate lines, interior and exterior; anchoring of building; removal of hitches; manifold plumbing to central tie in point; wire building for telephone and computer networks; construct (10) 5' x 5' treated lumber landings and steps with handrails, 2-4 to include handicap ramps with rails; provide and install electrical distribution system that the contractor will connect to a Government provided electrical panel. There is a $20.00 (non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund.
