283-1133. Description: The IRS has a need for Employee Assistance
Programs (EAP) as well as WorkLife and Health Resources and Referral
Services, in four (4) Regions (Western, MidStates, NorthEast and
SouthEast) including 23 ''Host Sites'', or Servicing Personnel Offices
(SPO) that serve one or more outlying District Offices and Posts of
Duty (POD) offices. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is legally
mandated by Federal Laws that require appropriate prevention, treatment
and rehabilitation programs. The Contractor will be responsible for
Employee Assistance Services, WorkLife Resource and Referral Services
and Health Resource and Referral Services to include Critical Incident
(CI), Response Assessment and Employee Debriefing Services for an
