The contractor shall provide a broad range of program management and technical services which support programs in Code 22. Tasks to include Program Organization and Management Support, Cost Analysis Support, Acquisition Engineering Analysis, and Program Coordination Support. Award will be made on a ''Greatest Value'' basis with the following evaluation factors: Past Performance, Personnel, Technical/Management Approach, and Cost. The level of effort requirement will include the following categories: Program Management Analyst, Senior Analyst, Management Analyst, Programmer, Data Specialist, Technical Writer, and Junior Analyst.
