This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify sources that can provide the lease, installation, and performance necessary to furnish a functionally satisfactory fully Automated Mail Bar-coding and sorting machine for the Base Information Transfer Center (BITC) to be used for processing intra-base, incoming, and outgoing official mail in support of mailing requirements of organizations assigned to Robins AFB GA. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, this synopsis is also issued to determine the availability of commercial items or nondevelopmental items that can satisfy the government's requirement, Respondents to this Market Survey will be sent copies of a draft Statement of Work.
