Specialist, Jo Ann Carrier, (804)441-7790 Contractor shall provide
management, analyses, operational, training and environmental program
support services to HQ TRADOC, Fort Monroe, Virginia and other Army
Commands, worldwide. Services will include performance of independent
assessment of current procedures/work management systems; conducting
technical reviews; Government functions and systems productivity review
and analysis; system support; perform program review and analysis;
management analysis and review of Governmental functions; development
of performance work statements; develop data collection methodology;
perform functional/systems training; presentation/papers at
conferences/meetings; perform independent assessment of function(s);
preparation of specialized functional plans/studies; development of
managerial assessments/training; prepare a Segmented Housing Market
Analysis (SHMA); provide verification and validation of installation
requirements for new construction or modernization of Unaccompanied
Personnel Housing (UPH) and Family Housing (AFH); develop upgrade
interior standards for whole house renewal of Army family housing
inventory to include General Officer quarters; perform transient
housing certification evaluation; perform environment assessments and
documentation; environmental restoration management; and state-
of-the-art instruction and training. Contractors will be required to
have security clearance. The Standard Industrial Classification is
8742, $5 million. This will be a firm fixed price Indefinite
Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. A maximum of three (3) contracts
may be awarded, each with a base period of one year and four (4)
optional periods of one year. Each contract will not exceed $2 million
per year for a total of $10 million. The method used to allocate
delivery orders between contracts will be based primarily on workload,
with secondary considerations for performance and quality. The
Contracting Officer shall be the final authority on said allocations.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be issued on or about 15
