Soliciation requirements and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-38. Competition will be limited in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to those offerors who can provide Vaisala inc. brand name and part number 15856. The Government does not possess technical data completely defining the Form, Fit and Function of the item being procured and has no way of evaluating a subsitute item. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. A delivery schedule of 120 days after award is required. Delivery will be FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA. Inspection and Acceptance will be at source. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
