The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), has a requirement for PBX maintenance services on seven (7) NEC/NEAX 2400 PBX's systems. The PBX's are located in New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Kansas City, MO, Dallas, TX, San Francisco, CA, and Landover, MD. The Contractor shall provide both preventive and remedial maintenance services as specified in the solicitation. Contractors shall have the capability to provide the necessary services at all locations listed above. All Contractor personnel providing maintenance services shall be NEC/NEAX certified. This is a unrestricted procurement. All requests for copies of the solicitation shall be in writing. Telephone requests will not be considered. The period of performance will be a base period and a minimum of four option periods. (115)
