On 1 March 1996, CBD Synopsis Number 097-96 was published which announced the proposed issuance of a Draft Request For Proposal (DRFP) for the Procurement of TSES. This modification to that synopsis is issued to inform all potential offerors that the issuance of the DRFP is cancelled. There will be a subsequent announcement in the CBD notifying all potential offers when the RFP will be issued. Further, that announcement will notify potential offerors of the location and time of a pre-solicitation conference. As a result of the above, CBD syposis number 097-96 is hereby cancelled. (0114)
